No Win No Fee Agreement
We offer our legal services under a No Win No Fee agreement, ensuring you only pay if we successfully win your case. If your claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing. However, please note that if you terminate our services early or do not cooperate fully, we may charge you based on the terms set out in our agreement.
Details of Our Fee Structure
1. Contingency Fee: The fees we charge have been set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and range from 15% to 30% plus VAT depending on the amount of any financial award you receive. If your claim does not result in a financial award, you will not be charged.
2. Award Payment: An 'award' refers to the financial benefit you receive because of a successful claim. This is typically paid via cheque or direct deposit into your bank account.
3. Fee Confirmation and Payment: We will confirm our fees once an offer is accepted. The due payment must be settled within 7 days of the award issuance. A detailed invoice will be provided upon payment.
4. Handling of Award Payments: If the award is paid directly to us, we will deduct our fee and transfer the remaining balance to you once the funds have been processed.
